By SUBMITTING your work on FilmRide, our team will start promoting your work to a world wide audience. YOU WILL AT ALL TIMES OWN 100% RIGHTS TO THE FILM. The film selection is based on multiple criteria like quality, subject, creativity, popularity, etc. Decisions are made by the FilmRide selection committee based on their discretion.
To Submit your film
Step 1. Comply with Pre selection conditions
- Short-film format must be youtube or Vimeo friendly.
- Film must be a minimum of 6 minutes and a maximum of 25 minutes in length.
- Films with graphic nudity, extreme violence or sex will not be selected due to public streaming policies.
- YOU MUST OWN FULL RIGHTS TO THE FILM
Step 2. Upload your film online and sent us the web link for download.
- upload to WeTransfer, Google Drive, YouTube or Vimeo and sent us the weblink
- if you don’t hear back from us within 20 days, unfortunately, your film was not selected this time.
- If your film is selected we will notify you and upload the film in our youtube channel and in our web portal.
- you completely own the full rights of the film we will not monetize your film without your consent, if you need us to remove it from our subscription channel or from our main webpage for any reason it would be removed without any question asked . Please send us an email through contact page.
Step 3. IF your film is selected
- We optimize to have higher performance play and upload it in any of our public streaming channel
- We add a watermark to deter theft and a banner at the start or at the end of the film
- We do your film promotions online , rank and review it based on popularity.
- [OPTIONAL] If you have BTS [behind the scene ] videos and any informative video please share it as well we are happy to add in your information page [Director cut, cinematography ,production stills etc] for a better promotions.

- To be eligible for Pitching your next film , We do film funding on micro budget projects based on the popularity and potential of the film submitted with us, the selection process will be purely based on the track records of your running film with FilmRide, how the film resonates with audiences ,the positive reviews and based on the marketability of the the story you pitched with us, production cost assessment done though our film committee panel members etc .
